Requisites for Admission in Grade XI

  1. Attested photocopy of Grade X mark-sheet to be attached with the Registration Form.  
  2. Original Character Certificate / Code of Conduct Certificate duly signed by the Principal of the
    last school attended should be attached to the application form. 
  3. Provisional certificate in original issued by the school. 
  4. Migration certificate in original (issued by the Board other than affiliated to C.B.S.E.). 
  5. Selected candidates should submit the Transfer Certificate in original within 15 days of admission
    in Class  XI. 
  6. Two copies each of passport size photographs of the candidate, father and mother/guardian. 
 
Rules And Regulations Incase Of Absence & Withdrawals
  • 80% attendance is compulsory for all students to appear in the final examination held at the end of the academic year. 
  • No leave is granted except on an application from parents or guardians for plausible reasons only. 
  • Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than three consecutive days and more than five days in a month, without any written information from the parents, renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only at the discretion of the Principal. 
 
Other Important Rules 
  • Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their Address/ Contact no. 
  • Leave for half day should be avoided, as far as possible, for security reasons. 
  • Children when sick should not be sent to school to attend classes. For any specific medical problems, the Parents must inform the School Authorities prior to the academic session.
